This lovely country inn, ideally located for Stevenage and Baldock, offers spotlessly clean rooms of a good size. The beds are very comfortable too, making for a cozy stay. The friendly staff add to the positive experience, but improvements in service are anticipated for the future.

The hotel is ideally located near Royston and the railway station, which was perfect for my meeting the following day. The service was top-notch, with a constant check on my needs, even with the 'do not disturb' sign. Dining options were simple and satisfactory, albeit some improvements could be made.
